We scope each project to what it actually needs, then quote a fixed price for well-defined work or a clear rate for open-ended, ongoing builds. You will always know what you are paying for before we start, with no hidden line items. If the scope shifts mid-project, we flag the cost impact up front so there are no surprises on the invoice.
It depends on scope, but we work in short, visible milestones rather than a single distant deadline, so you see real progress every week. After a kickoff call we give you a realistic timeline with the key dates, and we would rather commit to a date we can hit than an optimistic one we cannot. If something threatens the schedule, you hear about it early, not at the deadline.
You get a direct line to the engineers doing the work, not a layer of account managers relaying messages. We keep a shared channel for day-to-day questions and send regular updates with what shipped, what is next, and anything we need from you. Yes, taking over an in-flight or inherited codebase is common for us. We start by reviewing what exists, giving you an honest read on its state and what it will take to move forward, then pick up from there without forcing a rewrite unless it genuinely serves you. Our goal is to stabilize the work and get you back on track, not to criticize whoever came before.
